How the Club Works
A week or two before each shipment you will receive an e-mail of our current wine selections. Simply reply to the email or order your wines online. If we don’t receive an email reply or online order by the date specified in the email, we will carefully select your wines based on your profile and past purchases.
You provide a credit card number for club orders and may cancel your membership in writing after one year. If canceled prior to one year, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Please notify us of any address, telephone, email, or credit card changes prior to wine club. You are responsible for extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.
Shipping Your Wines:
Weather is a factor when wine is shipped. We’ve picked the best weather months depending on where you live. Shipping Months: March, May/June and October. We will not ship wines during the dead of winter or the heat of the summer because the wines could become compromised.
Shipping and handling charges apply on wine shipped to a home or business. You are responsible for municipal taxes incurred on shipments. UPS requires a signature of someone 21 years or older for delivery.
- Washington State: We ship 4 bottles 3 times per year.
- Other States: We ship 6 bottles twice per year.
Local Olympic Peninsula Residents: You pick up 4 bottles 4 times per year at our Pick up Party.
Much to our dismay, regulations do not allow us to ship to these states at this time:
Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah
